Great time in Vegas at the RIO!!!

Well what a great time myself and the Bombshell had down in Vegas at the Casino Rio. The plane ride down was very long because we had to do a connecting flight from Montreal. As soon as we landed in Vegas we had a stretch limo waiting for us to take us to the RIO casino.
When we pulled upto the casino there was WSOP poker signs everywhere to be seen. My heartbeat was racing with excitement and could hardly wait to get inside. We all had a production meeting at the lounge near the front lobby then headed out into the casino to have some fun before our dinner meeting. I played some 2-5 no limit and 1-3 no limit the first day and walked away with a good profit to say the least. That night we had a wicked dinner on the roof top of the casino in a lounge called…THE VOODOO LOUNGE. The food was great and view was worth a million dollars!!!
On Monday we had a test run and another production meeting in the afternoon then it was time to really hit the tables and check the casino out. Myself and the Bombshell walked around the WSOP tournament zone and saw everything there was to see about poker. Poker,poker,poker all over the place down in the tournament zone. We saw the likes of Jennifer Harman,Greg Raymer,Lacy Jones,Huck Seed,Eli Elezra,David Benyamine,Phil Gordon, and Mike the Mouth Matusow. Watching these players play in live action was very cool and can’t wait to play them very soon one day at the tables. The tournament zone was packed everyday with pokerplayers from all over the world. That night we took a walk down the stip and had a great dinner at the Harley Davidson restaurant on the strip. After dinner we came back to the casino and went to bed to get ready for the big shoot on tuesday.
On shoot day I was ready to rock and roll and see some of the NHL stars and celebrity faces as well as some poker pros from Poker Stars. On set we had Vanessa Rousso,Joe Cada,Dennis Phillps from Poker Stars and some NHL players as well as some Celebrities and 3 online qualifiers playing in the shoot-out tournament. We started filming at 8am and didn’t wrap up until 4pm. It was a great day and lot’s of fun. I even got to touch the STANLY CUP!!!! I can’t tell you all who won the tourney but when it goes to air you will have a great time watching it on TSN.
That night we hooked up with our good friends from the CPT Kelly Kellner and Jon Harnish and hit the WSOP tourney zone for some poker action. I made a prop bet in our one table sit&go with the KELSTER and took him down both times in our bet to see who would last longer!!! Kelster Mania is going to need alot more tricks to try and defuse the BOMBER and his BombSquad. Look out for the re-match and main match between the Bomber and Kelster at the CPT championships in Aug out in Calgary. I will be playing the Kelster in a heads up series for a prop bet to be announced very soon!
The trip always seems to short but we will be coming back for sure very soon to invade Vegas once again. To all my friends and the production cast who worked so hard to make this a huge success……Thanks for including the Bomber and the Bombshell!!!!!
